About This Project

Design/Build project to modify and expand an existing denim plant into a milk processing facility. Scopes included new receiving bays, tank vestibules, wet processing areas, evaporator, dryer tower, central plant, butter processing plant/cooler, packaging, offices, labs, welfare/support spaces, and updating the existing warehouse and site. The site included a separate project to construct a WWTP in conjunction with the main project. Dahlgren’s provided structural, mechanical, , and architectural services. The project also required close coordination in order to merge two projects, with two separate clients, and have simultaneous completion dates. This project was designed and built by Gracon subsidiary, Dahlgren Industrial.
