About This Project

Non Fat Milk Dryer Coopersville, MI Year: 2010-2012 Nonfat milk dryer design/build project at the Brownfield 4mm lbs./day condensing and drying plant, containing a Tetra Pak CPS dryer with the receiving, wet process, and dry process plants. These were all contained within a new precast concrete building, and the existing steel framed manufacturing building was converted into a powder storage warehouse, offices, and maintenance shop. Additionally, a complete rebuild to the existing wet tube boilers, new air compressors, and a new wastewater pretreatment system were installed within the existing powerhouse, along with 15-acres of associated site utilities and paving. This project was designed and built by Gracon subsidiary, Dahlgren Industrial.
