About This Project

This design/ build project was a remodel/refurbish of a Mid-1900’s grain elevator in Eastern Colorado. The purpose of the project was to create an organic flour mill for locally grown organic wheat to be milled. Worked consisted of repairing foundations and slabs, structural modifications of the existing timber framed construction, complete electrical service, mechanical systems, process equipment installation, new office remodel, and exterior grain storage and conveying was added to the facility.
