This $10M design/build project involved demolishing a fire damaged 65’ facility and rebuilding an operational 145’ milk drying tower in its place. The work had to be completed within a strict time limit to get the plant operational, while incorporating existing structural work into the new steel structure. Scheduling and coordination occurred simultaneously with the remainder of the operational plant, process vendor, and numerous civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and plumbing services. The project was ultimately completed per the strict schedule requirements. This project was designed and built by Gracon subsidiary, Dahlgren Industrial.
