This original coffee roasting and processing facility was modernized and combined with their warehouse and storage facility. This project involved the relocation of all production equipment from the original facility to a new building. The relocated equipment included coffee roasters, grinders and packaging machines. New roaster pollution control equipment and significant equipment upgrades were also installed. This new equipment included both green and roasted silo systems, as well as enclosed chain conveyor systems, dust collection ducting, and compressed air piping. To maintain production, the roaster relocations were coordinated to coincide with plant shutdowns, allowing the plant to maintain production throughout the project. This project was designed and built by Gracon subsidiary, Dahlgren Industrial.
