Gracon was awarded this contract to repair cavitation damage on Diablo Powerhouse’s Hydro-Generator #32 turbine runner. Gracon is partnering with Cutting Edge Onsite Machining to safely remove the cavitation damage and re-weld new filler material in place on the 146” diameter runner.
